I really don't like it. The mouth is too large and not a good colour, the body is another terrible colour and not very good looking. I would revise the sprite, may be put it at an angle as it looks very 2-D like it.
I'm only saying. No oofence meant.
This one is slightly better. However, the body is very bland and the anntenae are wiggling all over the place. The wings are too bright a yellow, don't use any of MS Paint's standard colours as they are too bright for Pokémon sprites.
His face is very green. His beak thingy is too yellow, like before but his Wings and body are ok. You need more detailed sprites like toille's Frosing. That one was good. Yes, this Wormant is very simple.
This Queenlany is a little strange. Is it meant to be cute? The green colours need to go together without clashing. I can easily see the rounded edges of it.
I think these are all I can find to critique tonight. I'm not an official critiscist but I have just done all this.

^ Thanks for the critique Fire Arceus, just saying I did those two drawings in less then 2 minutes just so I can sorta get a better understanding of the drawing, this wasn't meant to be a perfect drawing. :x

Ok, I just finished the Map. Here are the features and Town names. If you think a Town could use a name change, let me know!
1. Freshent Bay (Starting Town)
2. Torstill Town (2nd Town)
3. Pokebeach (Just a little Easter Egg I decided to have connect to the second town. It's going to have Trainers with your Names.
4. Abdin City (3rd Town and 1st Gym Battle)
5. Arachno Path and Insect Hill (The place where you catch Bungast)
6. Enthrel Forest
7. Greenwood City (4th Town and 2nd Gym Battle)
8. Prestin Cave
9. Boulder Cave (A cave connected to Prestin Cave where you catch Bouldlagon)
10. Webous Town (5th Town and 3rd Gym Battle)
11. Mt. Volcan (The Volcano where Flaratore is)
12. Plava Town (A town nestled on Mt. Volcan. 6th Town and 4th Gym Battle)
13. Anily Town (7th Town)
14. Debri Isle (The place where you catch Speector)
15. Mt. Hone (A mountain connected to Anily Town where you catch Glaceander)
16. Magnum Cave (A Cave connected to Anily Town where you catch Elelagon)
17. Cycling Road (A path connecting Anily Town and Freshent Bay)
18. Chilick Town (8th Town and 6th Gym Battle)
19. Maze of Glory (A large Maze created ages ago to train a Trainer's potential)
20. Playful Spring (A small area connected to the Maze of Glory where you catch Funalof)
21. Orzone Town (9th Town. It's the Town where you catch up with your old friend Robert)
22. Lake Polta
23. Safari Zone
24. Pokeathlon

26. Superior Power Plant (This is the Laboratory where Voltan was made, and Team Superior headquarters)
27. Electric Garden (The place where you catch Burstlan)

30. Ascending Path (The place where you catch Vocuatta)
31. Ice Floe Beach (The place where you catch Commice)

What about the oldest town/the biggest one and the Valley for the granite legendary/Castforms after you catch it and beat E4

Remember the biggest town IS the oldest one.And I can design some other stuff for the proffesionels(typo) to make look better.

I think I'm going to have that town be Anily Town.
Oh, and just so you guys know, Galei is just basically a large landmass made of a large main island, and a smaller one off the coast of the bigger one.
Orzone Town is going to be a town where they are SUPER eco-friendly.
Freshent Bay is your starting place, and it's basically just a harbor/port town just like Slateport in Ruby and Sapphire
