Is a Pokemon LV.X treated as a Basic Pokemon/ Stage 1 Pokemon/ Stage 2 Pokemon or is it just only a LV.X?

only a lvl.X,which means you can't use rare candy on evee to become leafeon lvl.X

Does that mean that Regigigas LV.X is immune to Machamp Stormfront's first attacks effect?

nope. regigigas is still a basic pokemon.lvl Xs are pokemon who doesn't has any stages like basic etc,It only levels up the pokemon to have extra abilities

which means that Darkrai LV X still qualifies as a basic. but Empoleon LV X is just a stage 2 as well. its just a level higher , not a stage higher, or lower. ya dig. so machamp would still hurt Regi LV X

however Darkrai LV X cant touch Mewtwo LV X ironically, yet awesomly.

A Level X is considered to be the same stage as the card it leveled up from. In the deck, it is a Pokemon card. No stage, not a basic, not an evolution, just a Pokemon. While in play however, The Level X takes on the characteristics of the card it did level up from.

Palkia X is a Basic
Dialga X is a Basic
Garchomp X is usually a Stage 2

I have to say usually, because of Garchomp X's attack, which can place a stage 2 onto your bench, as an basic, meaning you could in theory have a basic Infernape X.

Hope this helps!
