The clock read 11:59. Aaron was snoring, having fell asleep whilst reading his book. He slowly breathed in and out.

The clock turned 12:00. Suddenly, Aaron woke up as if an alarm has exploded on his desk. The world seemed to shimmer slightly. He shook his head slightly, then went downstairs to make himself a snack.

He tripped over the bottom step and was sent sprawling. A very loud crash ensued. In fact, he slid into a chair and knocked it down. Aaron moaned, then waited for his parents to come calling.

But they didn't.

Aaron slowly stood up. Surely they had heard him? He replaced the chair, placed a hand on his throbbing hand, then walked into his parent's room. He knocked gently. When they didn't respond, he knocked again, a little more loudly. Again, no response. He pushed open the door.

He slowly walked into their room. He called out, "Mom? Dad?" They didn't respond. He walked over to them. They weren't even breathing. Aaron's eyes widened, then suddenly he realized: They weren't not breathing, they were paused in midbreath. Aaron shook his head. This was wierd. He glanced at the clock. 12:05 it said to him. He grabbed his wallet, then walked out the front door. He couldn't sleep anyways. He started walking towards the plaza.
 
Ooc: Well, me and Nabby. You're been pretty inactive.

Aaron walked around the square. And then he noticed something incredibly strange; nobody was moving. Nobody except (insert name here, sorry, but I forgot your name =P) was moving. He slowly walked over to her.

"Do you have any idea what's happening?" he said slowly.
 
OOC: Sorry, forgot abot this RPG.

IC: google looked at Gwyn. He heard a clock strike 12:00 in the distance and froze.

"We have to get out of here. Follow me."

google sprinted toward the Fire Escape and stopped in front of the window. He closed his eyes and put both of his hands in front of him. Seconds later his eyes flashed open. A dark orb of energy was forming in his hands. He thrust it towards the window and it shattered.

"So much for shatter-proof windows..." google muttered.
 
"I don't know, but it looks like he does"
*points at google*
"We should follow him."
*runs after him, and sees the broken window*
"Hope the owner has insurance.."

YAY! Your back nabby! The little 4th brother I never had is back!
 
John woke up with a start. He rubbed his eyes and looked at the clock. 12:00. Weird timing, but he shrugged it off and went to get a glass of water, passing his Roserade which was sleeping on her own small bed. As he was pouring the water, he looked outside the window and saw something weird. For some reason, there were cars and people on the street, but they weren't... moving. John ran outside and saw some of the kids from school that day running. That convinced him something freaky was going on. He ran after them.
 
OOC: Sorry, I just needed to give a way for him to realize that time was standing still.
 
Michael walked out and looked at his watch.

"12:00"

He noticed no one was moving. Except for a few people running. he recognized one of them and decided to follow them, wondering what was going on.
 
OOC: Is everyone intentionally following me?

IC: google sprinted down the Fire Escape until he got to the bottom... which wasn't there. There was a 10 foot drop between the bottom of the fire escape and the road. google swore to himself then jumped off, miscalculating and landing awkwardly on his ankle. He winced and looked up at the fre escape where the other two were.
 
Aaron suddenly collapsed. There was a powerful presence here, he could feel it. He slowly got to his feet again. He looked around. Nothing unusual....
 
google looked up at Aaron. Something had made him collapse, and google thought he knew who tat was.

"C'mon guys, quickly, that buldings going to blow!"
 
Aaron heard the voice. He felt google's panic. He got up, then ran as fast as he could, legs pumping. After an eternity of black silence, he dove for the ground, hands on his head....
 
(I want this thing to blow, so forgive me for controlling your character aggie)

google watched as Aaron ran off, and Gwyn jumped off and followed him. google covered his face with his arm just as the building blew, shaking the ground! Bits of flaming debris landed around google, one missing him by only inches. google got up shakily and limped away as quickly as possible.
