Pokemon Perla?

so yesterday i left my pokemon game and Action Replay on the counter and while i was gone one of my 3 dogs got on the counter and chewed up my game and Action Replay nether work any more :( so as a replacement my dad got me pokemon perla to replace it... he didnt know but i know its a fake but i don't wanna tell dad that or he'll freak is the game any good? has anyone played it? also whats weird the perla case i saw is diffrent from this one the one dad got is a shiny sticker on it is that normal?

Where did your dad by Pokemon "Perla"? Anyways, that doesn't really matter. I've never played it but I can almost guarantee it's totally different from the normal Pokemon Pearl. Just tell your dad it's a fake, it's not like it was your fault.

EDIT: nvm. Perla is a fake Pokemon game knock off for the GBA.

If your Perla has a Lucario on the cover... it's fake.

The real one is called "Pearl" and has a Palkia on the cover. It's also for the DS instead.

Nevertheless, if you want to play a fake Pokemon game with fakemons inside, just keep this. That being said, of course the original is better. How much did your dad pay for this one?

Dad payed $60 for the game it is a GBA game with lucario on the cover but for some reason its diffrent and shiny unlike the others i saw in photos idk what thats about

Does the place your dad bought it from accept returns? If it does, return it ASAP. And it's a fake game, so it doesn't matter how shiny or not shiny it is, it's still a fake. But the photos of the game probably weren't shiny because sometimes cameras can't capture shiny-ness on things.

It's not worth $60, not by a longshot. I recommend you do what Mizublue said, and then if you can look for a real game.

okay i wil see about returning it it was off of eBay... i want to but pokemon Ruby or Emerald but i have seen so many people say how many fake GBA games there are do you know of a safe one that can ship to canada?

Kijiji.ca works. You could also just go to a pawn shop that sells used video games.

thanks i made a mistake of buying off of Amazon and it turned out to be fake :( the seller offered a refund now I'm looking for a real copy
