All Booster pack RS cards have a "e" on them.
After Hidden Legends came out Nintendo dumped the dot code for the e-reader.
They reprinted the RS energy to put in theme decks.
The 3 things that have me going:
2003 Psychic
No 2005 Fighting
2005 Energy Search

I will scan the 7 I found and post them for viewing enjoyment later today.

For the WOTC promos, there are 2 different versions of the 21, 22 and 23 promos.

The error versions were only released in the US and have the incorrect illustrator name on the card.
The corrected cards were only release in the UK and have the correct illustrator name.

Added a section to the promo page for TCG codes on page 2.
Will add the scans soon.
