POP 9 Lopunny and POP 8 Happiny both have a holo card. They come together with a POP9 pack and an Arceus booster.
 
The box at my local Walmart is $19.97 and comes with Arceus Promo 50, 5 Arceus boosters, double sided poster and Jumbo promo

Is it normal to skip some Promos and come back to them? or do we already know what 54 and 55 are?
