RBY 'Pokemon Red,' 'Blue,' 'Yellow' to be Released on 3DS Virtual Console!

I don't really pay attention to American pricing/releases much, but I do know the games have been available on Amazon as a pre-order for US$9.99 almost since they were announced. That's probably where people got the price confirmation from. They might even show up on the eShop now that it's only a few days before release.

They are up on the eshop now.
 
It's $12.49 in the Canada eShop right now. Last week they had it listed for $9.99, so since they updated our price to reflect the exchange rate, I'm pretty sure it's $9.99 USD.
