'Pokemon TCG,' 'Puzzle Challenge' Coming to Virtual Console in November; More ORAS Demo Distribution

Great... It's giving a error 011-3021: "This software is not available at the moment" does that mean that it will not work in the Brazilian E-shop?

EDIT: After searching for answers, I found that the demo will be only available in the Brazilian E-shop after 10/24. Bummer :(
 
Did get mine, pretty quick demo but then again what do we expect?

At least I have a level 45 Glalie that can evolve to Mega Glalie when the games come out. Now how are we supposed to get Mega Steelix?
