Gyarados.. It is a flying type and yet it is to pathetic to fly.. And then there is hopip.. WHAT IS IT?

EDIT Magicarp can bounce much better then gyarados...

Gyarados isn't a bird kthxbai. (I have actually seen snakes jump quite high, so I think it's perfectly fine that it's Flying type. Just because it's a Flying type doesn't mean it has to be a bird...)

IDK, To me Gyarados looks more like a Chinese dragon.. Those can usually fly.
