Pokemon that needs Lv. Xs

Ho-ho R (owned by team rocket) Lv.X that would have a pokepower "the defending pokemon is now burned" and an attack that for {R}{R}{R}{C} would say "if the defending pokemon is burned, the defending pokemon is knocked out. Ho-ho R Lv.X cannot use this attack during your next 2 turns."

Gyarados is a no brainer. I want a good one though. Probably won't get that...Claydol Lv.X with an even more broken Power could be hilarious.

I would Love if they make a Tyranitar Lv. X. If they made one for Garchomp, I believe the other beasts deserve one too, but more Tyranitar becuase he is my second favorite pokemon.

OKay Honestly Cards that need a Lv X form are
Roselia, Because it would just be cool and it gots no love going for it.
Gyarados, Needs one honestly Im suprised there isnt one
Ninetales, Like a cool card probably combo with Ho-oh somehow or Heatran

Cards that should never get A lv X
Tauros, Ugh so ugly and never used
Lapras, Just because it doesnt fit the Lv X type
Ambipom, Do we need another Lv X monkey?
 
They should make Legends Reawakened. Since we got pixie lv X's then we should get in this set: Articuno, moltres and Zapdos, Raikou, Entei and Suicine, Finally Regirock, Registeel, Regice.

This set would so rule if it had 9 LVX'S :)
