Are there any pokemon with a poke-power that has the same effect as a SSU?

Nope. There are a few that return to your own hand or deck though, but no, there aren't any SSU-like Pokémon. Nor Pokemon who can do that to your teammates.

Tentacruel doesn't. Tentacool does.

Pokemon Power: Cowardice
At any time during your turn (before your attack), you may return Tentacool to your hand. (Discard all cards attached to Tentacool.) This Power can't be used the turn yoy put Tentacool into play or if Tentacool is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.

And that isn't like SSU because it discards cards attached to it.

SSU= going back to the hand.
Pidgeot p2= going back to deck.

huge difference there.
