A boy, named Chris Trosh, was born just when the Ranger’s attacked. He was born with a birthmark on his forehead, which resembled the God Pokemon, Arceus.

Sorry Legion member, I gotta tell you...this is like the Harry Potter outline. Forehead? Legendary scar? Born when the evil people were gonna rule the world? Yeah.

Harry's scar resembled a bolt of lightning that was put onto him by Voldermort, who was a person. Chris was just plain born with it. The only reseambelance is the scar. Harry was born 11 years before evil rose.
