The Disharge hit Keldeo, Rapidash, both Bisharps, and both Forretress. The Earthquake hit all Pokemon! Keldeo, Rapidash, and both Bisharp were knocked out.
"ATTACK!" Nidoking called. Both Forretress and the Nidos rushed at their foes. The Forretress used Gyro Ball on Slash and Jolt. The Nido's used Venoshock on Salaric.

Salaric tried to jump out of the way but still took most of the force behind the attacks. It wasn't super effective but the Venoshocks hurt a lot. Salaric decided it would be easier to triple team the Nidoking and Nidoqueen so he fired a Fire Blast at the Forretress to help out his allies.

IC: One of the Forretress used Protect to block the attack, but the other failed at the Protect and was nearly knocked out.

"Hey! That was deep!" one of the Forretress used Gyro Ball on Jolt again. The other Forretress, catching on, also used Gyro Ball.

The Forretress were too busy chasing Jolt to protect the Nidos from the Ice Punch. But Nidoking decided to protect his Wife from the attack, and took a lot of damage. "Say hello to my Poison Point!" Slash's Ice Punch landed directly on one of Nidoking's spikes! "Now it's time for FOCUS BLAST!" he began to fire the blast at Slash.

Weavile's eyes widened as he watched the Focus Blast grow bigger. "No!" He threw himself at the ground, but not quick enough. The blast hit him full on the shoulder and threw him back against the wall. He groaned and sank to the ground, barely conscious.

"I..." Slash broke off, coughing violently, shoving Jolt off of him blindly. "Am..." His eyes fluttered open, and his vision was surprisingly sharp. "the Warrior..."
He staggered to his feet, determined to take the Nidoking down with him. "I never lose." He whispered, then fell to one knee, coughing again.

The Venoshock attacked missed, but while Jolt grabbed Slash, the Forretress caught up and used Gyro Ball.

Hatman, deciding that he had been slacking, needed to get back in the game. He engulfed his foot in flames and attacked a Forretress with a Blaze Kick.
