Thanks to everyone for the clever entries so far! I just have to say; this has been the hardest round to judge so far. The top entries were so close in quality. It was very hard to place them first, second, and third, and I had to include two Honorable Mentions!
Here are the results:
Honorable Mention: Crystal Hikara
- The caption doesn't quite match the faces, but it really does look like he's doing the teapot, huh? Nice job!
Honorable Mention (2): Ice Espeon
- I like the way you used the WB symbol. That was creative, and it made for a nice caption. Good work.
Third Place: dmaster
- This was really good. The caption not only matches the emotions but also is very realistic in the way that this is totally something Team Rocket would do. Good job!
Second Place: Mr. Random
- Loved this one. It works really well. It captures expressions, explains the odd dress and situation, and has a pretty good level of humor, too. Nice and short as well. All-around good.
WINNER: DeoxysUnknownForme
- This was really nice! Not only was it short and sweet, which is important to a caption, but it also was pretty clever, and the reference to the show was the cherry on the sundae. Great job.
Please let me know if you'd like to assist judging for next round, and also what you'd like your key Pokemon and color to be for the first post (like Risu and bacon).
