Hey, after a year, i finally decided to share my, awesome, set of fake cards. The name is, as titled:


Pokemon Z: Force Ascent​


But, before uploading the complete set of 99 cards, i d like to give a kind of preview. In fact, one of the reason why i didn t share this a year in the past is because i was too lazy to give credit to all the pictures i used (basically, i took whatever image on google image that fits, and put it on my cards lol). Therefore, i hope a mod could tell me if that first card is against the rules or no. If it is, i will gladly take it off, if someone do not authorize the usage of one of their work and is claiming for copyrights, i will once again take the card off the internet. (it s for personal use anyway, ok, maybe i printed out like 4 sets to play with friends, for a day, but that s it, there was no cash involved.) If i am good, i will credit for every other cards, and upload them.

I use photoshop c5 if anyone asks. The blanks are from HGSS because i did it in the past and i preferred those blanks over BW ones, and still do, lol. They refer to a modern phase of the good old pokemon games and sets. Completely different from the new fusion stuffs now (they got no ideas left, and start on stealing from yugioh lol, ok my opinion, no fights k?). anyway, enjoy... maybe?


[NEWS 13/06/2012] Hey, i will try to upload a card per day. Do not expect all the cards from my set, because, i bet no one wants to see weak basic pokemons lol. Feel free to discuss about their attacks or the card itself. i will do my best!



[NEWS 14/06/2012] By the way, as you can see, i don't have much interesting artworks of pokemons. So, i actually thought of collaborating, with any member of Pokebeach! Basically, just post a reply with a colored (or not) image of a Pokemon u drew, and if I (and other members) find it good, i will make it into a card! Of course, u will be credited :) So feel free to post any artwork of pokemons (fake or not) that could be turned into a card. Anyway, hope your guys like the idea.

Pretty, but the card background is kind of distracting and obnoxious.

Came in expecting crappy paint fake, was pleasantly surprised.

Looks nice, but as PMJ said, you gotta do something about the rainbow-background. Very distracting, and makes it hard to read the text. Maybe you could add a stroke around the text and blur the rainbow-background a bit?

I do like the fake card, but there are a few problems. The text is quite difficult to read in some areas due to the background. You also might want to change the color since it gives the similar problem (especially the one under the Seviper picture).

Looking forward to seeing more cards from you.

Hey, what sup. I stopped playing Pokemon since HGSS and on. C'mon, u have to admit that Pokemons are pretty expensive to take care, especially if u have to renew all of them after a year, lol. I didn't like the fact that the pokemon company comes up with a set of 120 cards every two months, but only ten of them are competitively useful. Three months ago, I went back to my local card shop to find a gift for my friend, and bought a booster (so tempting...). The dude is offering 50 bucks if I get a mewtwo ex (probably selling them back for 100 to 120). Other exs are bought for less than 10, sold for 20 to 30. This explains how unbalanced and overpowered that card is, lowering the playable value of every other cards! Omg... Anyway, nice to see ya again, fakes cards are free lol.

The fonts are good? the emplacements as well? I think it is, but just in case...

That's great work, though. How's PS c5, btw? I used c4 back when I was faking.

did u see my new version of Serviper Force? it s much more clear than the previous one.
And lol, i am noob, i started using photoshop last year, when i started this set. At that time, c5 was out already. Can u send me a link of your fake cards? too curious lol

The updated version of Seviper looks much better. :)

As for the Weavile, I really do think it you did a good job on it; however, I did find a small problem with one of the texts. The "e" in Pokémon should be "é." Just a slight problem that I have noticed a few times which can be easily fixed.

Just a forewarning -- it's always in your best interest to post your newest card in you post instead of referring to the original post (especially when multiple pages are involved).

Cards look great! One suggestion on Sableye, though, is to make sure the attack/body effects are centered -- right now they look too far to the left.

"Find and Escape" needs to line up with the poke body text, otherwise nice :)

This card took me a while, since i completely changed the whole thing. Before, his power was once i put him onto the bench, i search my deck for 2 basics and put them onto the bench (u know, like random pokemons runs out of the broken seal) The attack was lame as well: 0 energy to draw 2 cards. The pic was... not orignal, let s say (ken sugimori Spiritomb on a black and red BG), i would be kinda ashamed of myself if i posted that one lol. Anyway, hope u like this new version! Personally, i really think Pokemon should come up with an attack like spiritomb's. In fact, it s like bringing a EX, but stage 1 or stage 2, since Spiritomb gets KO and that pokemon u brought up, once it s KO, it s another prize. So 2 in total. Stage 2s would at least have a little chance against OP basic legendaries. In a rush, sorry.

They look great! I noticed one small thing- the "HP" isn't close enough to the amount of HP it has. There should only be a tiny, tiny space between the two. I noticed this on Spiritomb and Seviper FORCE. The other 2 look about right.

You're missing the "é" again in Pokémon for both the Haunter and Seviper cards. Besides that small error, the cards are looking nice. Keep up the good work.

i think the style s pretty off on this one, maybe s just me, or maybe s because the pokepower s too long...

Yep, it looks about right now! I like the Porygon-Z. You're missing the accents on the Es in Pokémon, though.

OK, done with the pokÉmon, edited all the old posts, omg, this thing is going to be on my hate list. i will edit this post later with another update of 2 new cards, since yesterday, i had to study for my last exam.
[edit] In fact, instead of 2 pokemon cards, i will edit and upload a POKEMON FORCE!

Ok, made a little modificationon the Serviper Force, corrected the é s, and that s the final final final one, i guess.

And, as i promised, the DAILY UPDATE (combined with yesterday's) ONE OF THE COOLEST CARD OF THE SET: 94/99 ARCANINE "FORCE"!

This took me some time, but it was worth it... and yes, i double checked for the é s... plz tell me what you guys think about it!
