On a side note, I didn't build the deck, although I did inspire the addition of Registeel EX. It comes with a JPN Deckbox as well as JPN Victini Sleeves. Regarding the RS-PK ex's, I am always flexible on prices, especially for large purchases. However, many of the cards are in pack-fresh Mint condition and I do value them more highly because of that. They aren't extras either, they're from my personal collection. :)

So, if you are still interested, I'd love to negotiate a price for the lot!

Yep! They are approximately 5" each, with Bulbasaur being slightly smaller since it's a smaller Pokémon. They're English, made by Hasbro, and from 1998-1999 if I recall correctly. Squirtle and Bulbasaur are in Mint condition while Pikachu has some dust/dirt on it from storage. They're all missing the red Hasbro tag, but they still have the white tag that is literally attached to them. :)

I've got two other people interested in the ex's, so depending on what happens with those deals, I might be able to offer you a better final price if you want to take everything you have listed in one purchase. I can't guarantee the availability of the ex's, since two other people expressed interest before you and I'd like to give them a chance to respond. Regardless, would you be willing to do $280 for the lot?

I am all about condition so I need to know the exact defects of the card. Especially silvering on the front or whitening on the back.

You've come to the right place!

Those cards are all in pack-fresh Mint condition. The ex's have a few minor scratches from shuffling in the packs. I opened them last summer but the packs were preserved for 8 years. Anyway, the 1st edition Neo Revelation cards are all flawless. I was gonna grade them but decided against it. Base Charizard is the Shadowless one and it's in EX/NM condition depending on your grading scale. Personally, I'd say the former. I'd be happy to get you pictures of anything and I won't sell the Charizard until you see the pictures anyway since it's less than NM/M. :p

If so, I can't do that unfortunately. My prices may not be the lowest, but you will be hard-pressed to find cards in this condition. Often times, they will sell for more than the prices I have listed and I have taken into account that I am not charged a fee for using PB to sell cards. ;)
