Why are the pokeraps swiftly declining in quality? I mean, look at 'em:

3rd rap: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7P9XMiifcE (No official vid, doesn't exist)

While the first and 2nd are more a matter of taste, usually the first is voted best. But then the 3rd...what a horror it is. A lot of evos are next to their pre-evos, no rhyme at all, and they even missed out Zigzagoon and Relicanth, and to topple it off a lot of names sound wrong. The only likable thing is the background music.


It makes me fear the Sinnoh Rap...

Preformed by 50 Cent, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. I wouldn't put it past Nintendo/4Kids to screw it up that badly.
 
I really like the beginning of the Johto Rap. The Hoenn rap is very bland, when they say Pokemon. I think they'll still make a Sinnoh rap, because the raps show a sense of diversity.
 
The 3rd Pokerap makes me want to scream bloody murder and choke myself. If they come out with something as horrible as this for the Sinnoh region, I might do some stuff I never thought about doing. :)

I agree, the Hoenn rap was not what I was expecting at all it's just plain bad (I think PUSA topped itwith the English D/P opening though, yuck.), the Target mix was slightly better, but still.

As for the 1st and 2nd raps, what can I say? They're awesome and always will be.

But still, all 4 Ierukanas > the English raps, I mean it's seriously no contest. I can't get enough of them and there Imakuni awesomeness (most of them anyway, one wasn't done by Imakuni), I literally listen to them everyday, almost religiously.

The first and second are the best and the third one is cool but I don't think it will make it because it does not follow the same beat as the other 2 pokeraps.:)
 
hahaha! I mean, imagine them saying "Monferno, Bronzor, Giratina, Hippowdon, Pachirisu.... "( jst an example )...
A lot of the names wont rhyme and at the same time, are way too long. :p
The Kanto pokerap were the best, i think ( i havent heard the jhoto rap yet )...
 
The third one just makes me cringe. Most of it was rushed too. I think the 1st will always be my favourite. If they make a 4th one it will be hard to pronounce but I reckon they will still do it anyway.
 
^ Don't think so. Lol. But sadly, I could picture Britney doing it seeing as she is rebuilding her career... I think it will be done by somebody who has already done a song for pokemon. Hopefully not the ones who did the hoenn rap...
 
I know Britney did participate when Pokemon first started so it is possible that she may do it again.:)
 
Let's hope not, anyway the Pokemon show in general is directed towards 5 year olds (nothing wrong with older people watching it.) The raps are to be catchy and easy to remeber.... man they suck at it.
 
1st Pokerap- Awesome
2nd Pokerap- Extremely Awesome
3rd Pokerap- Extremely Bad(Make me think of choking myself)
 
Is there a real Pokerap for the Hoenn region? If so please post the link here.:)
 
First one is the best, By FAARR..
I hated the second,
and the third wasn't too bad.. Though alittle wierd.

The third one isn't bad. I kinda' liked it.
I did want to put my finger down my throat for the second, though.
IT'S THE 'P' TO THE O-Kem-O-NN... xD

Maybe I'm just wierd. I absolutely HATED the second, but the third seemed worthy of being called a PokéRap xD

'course, the First still wins, by far. =D

Everyone loved the first one,
But it had left out 1 Poke,
AND messed up badly with Geodude, and Graveler.
