I'm pretty sure the other cards you mentioned are unplayable, though. In the case of Lucario Spirit Link, because M Lucario EX had rotated.

Dark Crobat from Neo Destiny didn't have a Dark Golbat to evolve from and was unplayable until Pokemon Breeder was reprinted (I think).
