INTRODUCTION:
Hi guys, this is m 1st time on the forum, even though i read the rules I am still not sure about should i post this deck.
I have been playing pokemon since Xy flashfire. But after few days of Flashfire,in the middle of evolutions expansion,I quit this game. After many days when I came back to the game in burning shadows,I have found that all my decks are now expanded formats. So i searched some good budget decks, and heard the idea about Passimian and mew.Since,I have been playing after a long time my deck may be bad.So i want you guys's suggestion about how to improve my deck.

****** Deck List Generated by the Pokémon TCG Online www.pokemon.com/TCGO ******

Deck Description:The deck is focused about Passmian's team play attack.Although this deck only has 6 pokemons,I have enough revive and max revive to make this deck not run out of pokemon.Enchanced hammer beats those like vespiquen and other decks which if focused on attack special energy card.Ultra ball is to find the passimian and mew.Pokeball is also used to find mew and passimian.Sycamore,N,Shauna,Giovanni gives this deck enough resources.Pokemon fan club is there for another substitute of finding passimian and mew(since I dont have Nest Ball).Lucky Helmet and fighting fury belt is my substitution of Bursting Balloon.Town map to reveal prize cards.Paint roller to counter decks that is heavily reliant on stadiums(e.g. Volcanion).
My Opinion on the deck:I am currently in 3 win streak with teh deck.I have played total of 7 matches with the deck and I am currently 5 wins 2 loses. And all of the two loses was against Volcanions decks(Maybe this deck struggle against Volcanion.Overall its a pretty mediocre deck in my opinion.
Disclaimer:I dont have Bursting balloon, puzzle of time or nest ball.So if anyone willing to trade them pls help me get them.My Ign is av123456789.

All of the Sun/Moon theme decks have Nest Balls in them, so there's no need to trade for them.

You're going to need more Pokemon than just Passimian and Mew. Add in a 2-2 line of Remoraid-Octillery for extra draw power. Ultra Ball is the better Pokemon searching card, as you're guaranteed to search for something; ditch the Poke Balls as they rely on coin flips. Until rotation hits, you can use Supporters to pay for its cost so Vs. Seeker can retrieve them later. Speaking of Vs. Seeker, max them out before rotation hits. Add in Rescue Stretcher to retrieve your fallen attackers; the Revives can be dropped for those. Lucky Helmet isn't going to do much, IMO, as the inclusion of Octillery will provide you with more draw power. Brooklet Hill should be your stadium of choice, as it can search out Passimian (and Remoraid if you choose to include it). 1 Crushing Hammer isn't enough and it's best run in multiples. It's easy food for Trashalanche Garbodor, though. Prof. Kukui is better than Giovanni IMO, as the former lets you draw cards and increase your damage output at the same time. Field Blower is much better than Paint Roller because the former also gets rid of opposing tools; it's easy to get from Guardians Rising.

Hi bro,you have made such a good suggestion there. But the problem is,as i am a f2p player I probably dont have that much of a card which keeps me in disadvantage. And i only have 4 vs seeker and no octillary. So can you pls tell me what cards to trade for them?

You might want to check the price guide here: http://www.ou7c4st.com/card-values.html But you'll have to do a bit of math here. Enter tournaments to win tradeable booster packs.

4 Vs. Seeker is perfect. Toss them in until rotation happens.

Standard is sept 1st so I would start preparing for that as opposed to trying to obtain cards that will rotate instead of trying to get cards that will be playable for the next rotation or 2. Couple ways you can go..you can go with remoraid-octillery or oranguru draw support. Brooklet Hill does help bring out octillery quick.

Can I ask how the price is count? It shows that cost of vs Seeker is 0.5.SO what does it mean?

Can I ask how the price is count? It shows that cost of vs Seeker is 0.5.SO what does it mean?

Thanks for the reply
The price is determined by tradeable booster packs (Guardians Rising is the main one and the only one with a 1.0 ratio, as it has very good cards in it). For your Vs. Seeker example, it would cost half a Guardians Rising pack, but that's impossible, meaning that you'll have to look at the pack table for one of the 0.5 value packs and use those to get a single Vs. Seeker. Going by simple math, a single Guardians Rising pack (tradeable, mind you) can net you 2 Vs. Seekers.

Can you post a refined version of this deck post-rotation?
My friend is looking for a budget deck to get back into the game.
Also is there any other budget decks you would recommend?

In terms of popular budget decks, I'm sure you have heard of Greninja BREAK. Because Greninja decks don't run any Tapu Leles, it saves anywhere from $50-150 from the total cost. That being said, Greninja isn't an easy deck to play, and requires a lot of playtesting and skill. From knowing where to place the Giant Water Shurikens damage or when to use Shadow Stitch over Moonlight Slash, it leaves a lot of room for misplays.

Can you link a budget list for that deck please?

http://www.pokegoldfish.com/metagame/standard#paper

That is a link to a website I love to use in order to check out the new meta and what decks have found success lately. It even has the deck lists of the winners from recent Regionals, Nationals, Internationals, and Worlds so you can see the most competitive lists of a specific deck. You will find Greninja on there by scrolling down a little bit, and tapping on the photo of Greninja. I would recommend looking at a couple of the deck lists they have posted there for Greninja, just so you can get a better idea of what is played. That being said, if your looking to build a post-rotation deck, there is honestly no better place than Pokebeach itself! There are many threads located in this forum and PTCG Deck Garage that cover Greninja and what to expect post-rotation. Good luck!
