Legendaries are shiny locked, so unless you somehow hack the game which is near impossible, except for that one person, Shiny Legendaries aren't gonna be found anywhere.

Its true, Ive seen numerous videos of people claiming to have a shiny Yveltal and pictures but they are fake, like one ive seen is of a yellow Yveltal in the pokedex, The person forgot to put the word Shiny above the picture, so Its obviously fake.
