Hello,
I was messing around with a possible Venusaur deck list once Evolutions comes out. Here is the list, do you see any way you would improve this?

##Pokémon - 15
* 2 Shaymin-EX ROS 77
* 4 Illumise PRC 18
* 4 Venusaur-EX PR-XY XY123
* 3 M Venusaur-EX XY 2
* 2 Hoopa-EX PR-XY XY71

##Trainer Cards - 33
* 4 Trainers' Mail
* 4 VS Seeker
* 2 Parallel City
* 4 Ultra Ball
* 1 Karen -- OR – Brock’s Guts
* 4 Mega Turbo
* 3 Max Elixir
* 3 Professor Sycamore
* 4 N
* 4 Venusaur Spirit Link

##Energy - 12
* 12 Grass Energy Energy

The ideal start would be with Illumise to start loading Venusaurs. Parallel down your own Bench. You're knocking nearly everything out with 2 hits after leaving them paralyzed.

Maybe adding float stones or switches?

I am not sure Illumise is enough acceleration here. For one energy you get to attach one more, and another each turn it survives along with additional attachments. Better prospects might include a 2/2 Volcarona split (which can use FoGP for turn one evolving thanks to it's new bug base), Solar Birth for powering up two attachments, and other times, using the Steam Siege version for stalling the opponent with Confused/Paralysis.

I'm not sure how it would work exactly, but Parasect to power up three Venusaur at once could be interesting, although clunky with the mix bag of energy needed.

Thirdly, if a Stage-2 line isn't out of the question - then Nurture & Heal Sceptile, or Energy Color Vivillon could be a runner.

Maybe some Sceptile-EX cross build, or something around the new Lurantis-GX might be a EX/GX heavy deck to try.

There's a few more options too, and none of them are great, but my fear is that Illumise is just not going to be quick enough.
