Ok, so you people know, this is a KIDS GAME! There is no possibly way there will be any sort of war as people have already stated. As much as I like it, it will not happen.

Well you could call it a "war" but something similar might happen to the battle against Team Magma/Aqua on top of Mt. Chimney where there are trainers/grunts battling all over the map.
That's as close to a war as we'll get....except maybe on a larger scale than Mt. Chimney.

Well considering this that they wouldent just have that plot and not use it that would be disappointing and that is a pretty big plot plus scans did say that team plasma capture pokemon and them liberate them and they can use something to do this like the legendaries{W}

well then i suppose team aqua is a band of pirates and team rocket will try to go to space like team galactic.
there wont be a war. tp is trying to seperate not destroy. they dont even want to do something illegal, they try to get people to willingly give pokemon up or else face them in a standard battle. there wont be pokemon used as weapons deaths or anything of the sort.
