Fall rulesn are now in the OP. Same old same old for now. This may not be the format in Winter, we'll have to wait and see.

So, do we have any confirmation on BW2 Move Tutors being allowed yet? The way the rules are worded (moves learned from characters in the game), I would imagine they're fair play, since the game WILL have at least been out.

Supposedly NO content from BW2 will be legal. This is still pending official announcement however.

*Sigh. Another Regional full of Cresselia. I'm beyond the point of hating metagame so much now, but I am getting sick of Cresselia.

Quick Update: Gliscor was added to the OP under defensive. Might move to offensive.
