Hmm, not bad. I'd recommend:
~Team Rocket's Trickery over Cheerleader's Chant. You draw 1 less card, but your opponent loses 1 card.
~A second BTS. You need to run at least 2 copies of any stadium you use, standardly.
~A second Call Energy if you can spare it.
~Possibly 1 Jirachi RR or Smeargle UD to assist with setup. Since you have 3 Sableye though you might not need to worry, but Detouring Team Rocket's is amazing.
~Either Interviewer's Questions or Cyrus' Conspiracy, or a 1-1 Bronzong SF line. As it stands you have no way to search for energy from the deck. That is bad.
~If you seriously can't get DCE over Upper...
~Pokemon Collector. I can understand it if you own zero copies, but seriously, try to get at least 1.
For what to remove, I would suggest cutting back on excess Contest Halls, Good Rod, and possibly Energy Restore. (Or maybe even the KGL.)
I'm guessing you don't have that many good cards in your collection to rely on, hence why you're using some highly unusual cards (Contest Hall, Good Rod). After Cities comes, you might want to start hunting around for some more T/S/S resources (like Collector or PONT, for example).
