Pokemon (14):

4x Alolan Raticate
4x Alolan Rattata
2x Salazzle
2x Salandit
2x Tapu-Lele-GX

Trainers (46):

4x Sycamore
4x N
2x Lysandre
1x Professor Kukui
1x Teammates
1x Delinquent
1x Lillie
4x VS Seeker
4x Ultra Ball
4x De-Evolution Spray
4x Choice Band
2x Float Stone
2x Eco Arm (You need your Choice Bands to do anything. )
2x Field Blower
2x Rescue Stretcher
3x Parallel City
4x Crushing Hammer (Empty space. Why not?)
1x Enhanced Hammer

Energy (0):

You attack for free! :D

Here's Alolan Raticate:

Stage 1 Alolan Raticate HP120[D]

[.] Reinforced Fang 10
If this Pokemon has a Pokemon Tool card attached to it, this attack does 50 more damage.

[D] Hyper Fang 60
Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.

Weakness: [F]x2 Resistance: [P]-20 Retreat: [C][C][C]

The strategy:

Attack with a Choice Banded Reiniforced Fang for free, and boost damage to two-shots with Salazzle. Choice Band and Salazzle puts Reinforced Fang at 120, which two shots everything if you throw in a Kukui and mostly everything without it. Let me know what you guys think :)

This is a great deck, also because salazzle is so good for more damage. But i can se some cards rotating.

Lysandre: switch him with guzma and your fine.

Teammates: definently skyla, you absolutely need those choice bands.

VS Seeker: cant find anything sadly. Wait i got it! Three alolan vulpix and i dunno another float stone.

Eco Arm: Another skyla maybe, and e hammer.

PS use the SUM rattata, it can attack for free

I would also try out the new Burning Shadows Raichu card.

Raichu – Lightning – HP110
Stage 1 – Evolves from Pikachu

Ability: Evo Shock
When you play this card from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokemon during your turn, you may leave your opponent’s Active Pokemon Paralyzed.

[L][L][C] Volt Tackle: 130 damage. This Pokemon does 30 damage to itself.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Metal (-20)
Retreat: 1

If you play this card with Salazzle you'll be instantly poisoning, burning and Paralysing all in one turn.
After watching this card get 4 google's from google, i would also recommend Poison barb as a held item, since even if Raticate is knocked out the defending pokemon is now poisoned, which is perfect for the next Raticate to take advantage of.

Thanks! Here's what my post-rotation list (w/ a Raichu line) would look like:

Pokemon (16):

4x Alolan Raticate
4x Alolan Rattata (SUM, you're right that one is better)
2x Salazzle
2x Salandit
1x Raichu (I think a 1-1 line is fine, I like that it can buy you the extra turn to take a K.O without having to get another Raticate. I may take out the Crushing Hammers for a thicker Raichu line but I like how annoying both of them in the same deck is lol.)
1x Pikachu
2x Tapu-Lele-GX

Trainers (44):

4x Sycamore
4x N
2x Skyla
2x Guzma
1x Professor Kukui
1x Lillie
4x Puzzle of Time (I feel that this is the most simple VS Seeker replacement, although personally I've never been a huge fan of the card)
4x Ultra Ball
4x De-Evolution Spray
4x Choice Band
3x Float Stone
2x Field Blower
2x Rescue Stretcher
3x Parallel City
4x Crushing Hammer

Thanks for the help guys! I'm looking forward to testing this deck out :)

EDIT: I'm losing Raichu for Eeveelutions and Parallel City for Reverse Valley. Here are my edits:

-1 Raichu
-1 Pikachu
-3 Parallel City
-1 Field Blower
-4 Crushing Hammer

+1 Flareon
+1 Vaporeon
+2 Eevee
+4 Reverse Valley
+2 Timer Ball (More consistent evolutions)

I know the Eevees won't survive rotation, but they're REALLY good here for now.

Hi GekkisaiDaiNi,

Alolan Raticate can be a nice tech line in Vespiquen with Eeveelutions until it rotates in like two month.

I agree, as you said this I was posting an Alolan Raticate/Vespi list to the deck garage xD. I do think it has some potential on it's own as a rogueish budget deck like Passimian for example, which is basically what this deck is. Ty for the reply, when it comes out I will definitely run it in Vespi, it basically seems to be a better Yanmega and Yanmega/Vespiquen was good.
