Strategy:
Start with Entei V, use draw supporter if needed, then use ability to draw one more card. Next, if two Gouging Fire ex and/or Moltres and/or Gastly is in hand, put it/them down to Bench. As necessary, use Balls and/or Arven and/or any other means provided within deck, including Shoes, to find any other necessary deck pieces, and put as much as the GF user legally can into play before passing turn. Turn 2, Candy Gastly into a special Gengar with an ability that acts as a free Switch. Next, Charge up either one of the two Gouging Fire ex-es to use its second attack in case neither did so already on turn 1 going second(you know the first turn rules, right?), or, since its attack can't be used a second time until it switches or retreats out of Active, if the user somehow found a way to attack on said T1 going second, charge up the second Gouging Fire instead, then use Gengar's ability to bail the Active GF back to the Bench, put the charged one in the Active in its place, bam! Hopefully, the foe will be KO'd by the combined Explosive Fire powered up by 2 Pokemon Go Moltres-es for 280, enough to KO Stage 1s or even Ancient exes w/o HP-uppers, leaving the user free to take prizes!

The above deck is two-faced because it can also KO after prior damage by devolving foes(Devolution) to a stage 1 or basic that cannot take the amount of accumulated damage its stage 2 took pre-devolution: if there's a stage 2 ex on the opposing side, if it took 280 damage the turn prior, temporarily deviate from the above strategy to devolve it and take prizes after the resulting newly devolved realizes it can't take 280 post-deviation, and retreats to the discard as a result of a KO. In case of ability lock from Flutter Mane + Boss's orders to Gengar, or even opposing Devolution that devolves Gengar back to Gastly to otherwise force me to use my last Candy to re-evolve it, which is likely easier said than done in the event such last Candy is prized, use Switch/Jet Energy as a backup means to get GF out of the Active to recharge Explosive Fire. In case of Roaring Moon, Raging Bolt, among other Basics or other pokemon that use HP-uppers such as "Ancient Booster Energy" capsules, pokemon with abilities that up their HP such as Kricketune(assuming the Active is Grass and either has no weakness or is weak to a type other than Fire), etc. without fear of getting Devolved and KO'd with the lower HP value of the resulting lower stage pokemon, if the upper's a Tool, use Lost Vacuum to take the HP upper away, and if the upper's a pokemon, Boss it out and KO it.

^ Rinse and repeat the above strategy, as well as any necessary deviations from it as needed, until six prizes are taken.

Any questions? Any critiques?

Upcoming cards:

1. Gouging Fire ex:

[R][C] Heat Blast: 60 damage.

[R][R][C] Explosive Fire: 260 damage. This Pokémon can't use Explosive Fire again until it leaves the Active Spot.

2. Prime Catcher:

Switch in 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon to the Active Spot. If you do, switch your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
