an interesting concept, the idea is to set up as quickly as possible and start doing insta paralysis and poison. could be ok, definitely not competitive, but ok.

Pokemon:
4x Venusaur EX [EVO]
4x M Venusaur EX [EVO]
3x Bulbasaur
2x Ivysaur
3x Venusaur [SHL]
3x Tapu Lele GX
2x Alolan Vulpix [GRI]
1x Shining Genesect

Trainers:
4x Professor Sycamore
4x N
2x Guzma
2x Skyla
1x Pokemon Fan Club

4x Ultra Ball
4x Rare Candy
4x Venusaur Spirit Link
2x Float Stone
2x Field Blower
1x Super Rod
1x Rescue Stretcher

Energy:
7x Grass Energy

Why this could be good: Insta paralysis is INSANELY good. Plus, the attack effectively does 130 damage for two energy if set up correctly. You want to get out one baby Venusaur and as many Mega's as you'd like. You attach two grass to the Mega and you start whamming for [essentially] 130 and insta paralysis. This could be even better in expanded, with cards like VS Seeker, Virbank, Lasers, Computer Search, etc

If you have any suggestions for the list, go ahead and tell me

I really like this deck, and am excited to see how it does. I may start deck testing with proxys, but in theory I think the deck should work pretty well. Here would be my decklist.

Venusaur's ability doesn't stack, so I think you guys may have went a little overboard on the line in there. Think of it like Vika/Bulu. A 3-1-3 line with 3 candies should work, and you can use the extra spots for another Guzma and maybe a Seviper. With Mega decks post Guardians Rising, I like to toss in a Choice Band or two, because you can Field Blower your Spirit Link and get some more damage in. And if you get M Venusaur + Choice Band + Seviper, you do 150, plus 20 for poison, and 20 for poison back, meaning you are hitting 180 and 190 coming back to your turn, which is phenomenal because it means you can then hit whoever comes out next.

And personally I like dropping the Lele for an energy, but I think Vulpix is a good call for this kind of deck that won't have an immediate attacker.

And that Genesect is gonna be so good.

Didn't read the card completely lol. Here are the changes I made.

-1 Venusaur EX
-1 Mega Venusaur EX
-1 Ivysaur
-1 Venusaur Spirit Link
-1 Rare Candy

+2 Alolan Vulpix
+3 Grass Energy

I dropped a Venusaur EX and Mega Venusaur EX because it is very hard to even get 3 setup in a match. You could run 4-4 because something gets prized, but even if 2 cards gets prized you still have 2 which is the same amount you would probably setup anyways. That's if 2 get prized which is very unlikely, and and almost never gonna happen. Plus by dropping a Venusaur EX you increase your chances of pulling a Alolan Vulpix as your basic pokemon to start the game. I agree with you LePokeRoi that dropping a Rare Candy and Ivysaur is a good idea. I dropped a Venusaur Spirit Link because you almost never want more Spirit Link's than pokemon to attach to. I added the 2 Alolan Vulpix because it is a great search engine for pokemon as you mentioned. I also added 3 Grass Energy because you need a good amount of them, so you can draw into them every turn and attach them to pokmeon. Venusaur takes 3 Grass Energy to setup, so you have to pull it for 3 straight turns basically if you want get off to a fast start. I hope this helps.
