As long as Latios & Latias Legend is your active Pokemon and has at least 2 energy attached to it, the retreat cost of this pokemon is reduced by {C}{C} and the retreat cost of your opponents pokemon is increased by {C}{C}.
{P}{P}{C}{C} - Luster Purge - 100
You may discard all energy attached to Latios & Latias Legend. If you do, this attack does 40 damage to each of your opponents Pokemon instead.
(Dont apply weakness or resistance for bench pokemon)

This attack does 70 dmg, minus 10 dmg for each pokemon in play that has damage counters on it.
{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C} Ultimate Strength 100
This pokemon is immediately knocked out. Until the end of the game, all pokemon in decks, hands, discard piles, in play or in the lost zone; now have no weaknesses, resistances, poke-powers, poke-bodies, or retreat costs, and now are normal-type instead of their normal types. When you use this attack, remove all damage counters from all pokemon in play.

I know... A bit crazy, but compared with what i've seen with Clash of the Summit, this is NOTHING!!
