Hey beachers!

Welcome to the first ever POtW Art Contest.

So, to start off, I'll explain why I'm doing this. Every week or so, I do an article on a specific pokemon in the VG section. However, I feel it isn't quite right that I'm just pulling a lame-o image off of Google and quickly pasting it on the top. I want Pokebeach members to get in on the action, and display their art at the very top of my articles for all to see.

Pokemon: Rotom W
Due Date: New Year's Eve

Rules:
- Any kind of art is allowed, as long as it's your own work
- 500x500 pixels maximum
- Post your entries in this thread. You don't need to sign up
- No flaming
- If there aren't enough entries, I'll extend the due date by a week
- I'm the judge, but I may find a better system for this later on. Please respect my decisions

No, banners are allowed. What I mean by that is you can't submit art by Xous and claim it as your own.
 
I like the idea of the contest, and I'll be sure to enter in the next one you do, but it's the holidays, so I won't enter today.
 
I'd enter except I think that some more original artwork like drawings or digi paintings are more suited towards this sort of competition.
But if someone who does that stuff would maybe collab I would enter :3
Best of both worlds?

If you're doing this article once per week, it sounds like you're going to have such a poll once per week as well. Are you going to keep 2 to 3 art polls ahead of the articles themselves?
 
I'm actually changing it to "Metagame Spotlight." I simply don't have the time to write 1 article per week. However, I will be submitting some of my older articles, so you can expect biweekly contests: 1 week for submissions and 1 for voting. I'm posting one right now.
