Ruling POW! Block

The strategy is to get energies into the discard pile and then use Electrode EX to blow up and put those energies onto a Dark Tyranitar. You then use Pow! Hand Extension to disrupt your opponent and Rocket's Admin. A deck like this won Worlds.
 
You're both wrong. It placed SECOND at Worlds, and google CAWTHON played it. As far the strategy, that one guy described it fairly well. However, it's not wise to play it in the metagame right now - it has too much trouble with Blastoise ex/Steelix ex.
 
Blastoise ex and steelix ex? I don't think so...tyranitar can simply does 160 damage to ex pokemon with 4 darkness on it. Electrode ex can get those darkness energies and pow pulls blastoise ex or steelix ex out...:D
 
I think Pow Block can do well against BLS. Like Charizard said you can easily knockout their EX's and Pow! up their Pokemon.
