I'm not quite sure what the problem was or if they ever admitted that a problemn exists, but i vaguely remember Water Pokemon Master asking people that worked for the Pokemon Company at Worlds about it. Supposedly they were very generous with info about almost anything, but immediatly clammed up when the discussion went to Abra & Kadabra. I heard rumors that a psychic named Uri Gellar sued Pokemon for using his image for Urgellar (Kadabra's Japanese name) especcially since bending spoons was his main thing. I have no idea if any of this is correct, but it may explain the abbsence of Alakazam's family for such a long time.

You are absolutely right. As such, they may not print cards of Kadabra anymore, which was a compromis. Without Kadabra no Alakazam.
 
Because Uri Gellar wanted 20 Million Bucks from Nintendo. That is why.

He didn't win but got SOME sort of compensation.
 
lol, but it is one of the best Cubone´s. i would Kiss PUSA if they Reprint Queen FRLG.
 
print abra and alakazam's drop the kadabra we have candies!!

maybe reprint some old trainers like switch was reprinted,
hopefully item finder, computer search :p
 
i just wish that none of the exs are reprints or pokemon that have already been printed as pokemon ex . its kind of annoying seeing that they put the same exact pokemon into ex form over and over again. it seems like every single set in the ex series at least had one pokemon ex or more that already had been previoulsy a pokemon ex. if you look as df as an example its even worse : the whole list of exs was composed of pokemon previosly put into ex form. imagine all of the posibilties if they had never reused the same pokemon. we probably would have seen at least another 15 - 20 diffrent pokemon in ex form already . i just hope that they dont screw up this set with even more repeats. commom already , what so hard about putting diffrent pokemon into ex form , just use your imagination.

no we dont want to see LBS  any more i did not get any were last season because of that thing and i don't want it back and any one who did not play it hated it because it was way to good it won worlds in ten and under and you were beat by turn 4 if you werent faster

Hope they reprints some cards from ex dragon like the girafarig, you can search for any card in your deck and some trainers from ex FeRLaG(frlg)
