There are so many things that I dislike about the reprints in Power Keepers. I had and have no Steven's Advice and Battle Frointer. It's not that I don't like them but I don't like their demand. I would like them and also hope that I get a few at the prerelease.
 
Just wait until you get them. There's not really a need to dislike a card just because you don't have it. And once you do pull some, then you'll realize that they are useful.

But the rest of the Trainers look like garbage to me. Sad...I thought that they might reprint something like Admin or Shaman in Trainer-form to put a bit more balance into the game.

I know. I got a few Admin after they went out. Another thing. With my luck, I will get an ex or a star as I always do at prereleases but no good trainers. I have never gotten anything else good.
 
1. I also get suckish other cards.
2. I don't like these exs except the Salamence ex. I would like that for my Flymence deck.
 
Stevens, Scott, and BF are good trainers, but I'd take an ex over any of them...
I am also disapointed with the trainers...I wanted something new that would be somehow benificial...I guess the 4 new stadiums are good...but just as tech in most cases...and type dependent...:(
I do like some of the Pokemon though...looks like an okay set all in all.
 
Flygon ex and Sally ex are all right.... but Claydol ex, Shiftry ex, and Metagross ex are pretty good. The Trainers are horrible... but the Master Ball and Great Ball helped me during the Prerelease.

P.S: Charizard are actually pretty common! Watch out for those as well as Omastar! Mawile and Zangoose are pretty good starters.
 
Overall, I think the trainers in Pk are pretty good, with Steven's, Scott and Battle Frontier all making a comeback. I see Pheobe's Stadium in Gardevoir decks, while Glacia's will easierly go in Ludi, though I doubt it will help much. The other 2 aren't going to see much play. I just wish Shaman/Admin made a comeback...
 
Since Admin wasn't reprinted I'm definitely quitting this game. There isn't a point in playing without a disruption card.
 
I'm actually pretty pleased with the trainers....aside from the 3 fossils, the master ball/great ball, and energy switch, the other trainers are very pleasing to my eyes. Glad to see BF isn't leaving after rotation, nor scott, and that stevens is back! I think the best of the 4 new stadiums is drakes, then the water chick, then dark dude, and then phobies in last....
 
steven's advice is gonna be a staple in a lot of decks!

anyway, they invented new stadiums which is great for deckbuilding.

But the downside is - they got those fossils, balls and energy switch which is very un-usable
 
Energy Switch is a great card for prereleases but, otherwise, 100% un-playable.
 
Okay now that Stevens has returned, I'm pleased with it. But everything else, except for BF, is horrible IMHO.

You said the same thing when Admin was released...lol
 
I like the drake's stadium the most of the four new stadiums, 10 damage less can really matter.
But IMO they should have reprinted: desert ruins , island cave and magnetic storm.
Those were some awsome stadiums
