Ruling Power Spray against "As often as you like" Powers

Just to get back on topic, you can still Power Spray a Power that can be used more than once even though it won't stop the Power, this can be handy if you want to keep a small hand (for things like Poltergeist or something).

So what about Rampardos?

Thanks, everybody.

The Sunyshore Gym Stadium thing (and the main question) was for providing protection and "smoothness" in my Electris Trans deck. I've decided to leave the Stadium out, but it would be nice to know what would happen in that scenario.

Thanks again.

Sunnyshore is not an effect on the Pokemon. It may affect the Pokemon, but it is not an effect on that Pokemon in the sense Rampardos refers to. The kind of effects Rampardos refers to is, for example, Kakuna GE's attack Stiffen. The effect of the attack says that it takes less damage, Rampardos ignores this effect.

1. SW Xatu is maybe the only one card I've seen with the "Once during your turn" text not followed by the "before your attack" text.... Sooo..

Would that include the END of your turn?

No. The inclusion of that text is not mandatory, but an understood rule. Once you announce an attack, the only thing you can do is resolve that attack. You cannot re-enter your "main phase" as the Magic people call it.

So basically, Sunyshore City Gym doesn't directly influence the damage from Rampardos' attacks, it changes weakness which thus affects damage, so therefore Rampardos doesn't ignore it? If it said something like "all lightning pokemon in play take 20 less damage from attacks from fighting pokemon," he would ignore it?

No, Rampardos would not ignore that. A Stadium is essentially a change in the state of the game. It affects the entire board, not just one Pokemon. The effects that Rampardos refers to are effects of attacks, Special Metal Energy reducing damage, or tools that would affect the damage done, like Buffer Piece.

Also, this entire question has a slight flaw. Not all Lightning Pokemon are weak to Fighting. Just thought I would point that out. ;D

So if something affects all pokemon, then rampardos doesn't go through it? I'm not sure I understand still. If a pokemon's poke-body said something like "all pokemon take 20 less damage from attacks (yours and your opponents), " and Rampardos attacked a pokemon other than that one, would he go through it? I'm really confused on this.

The main reason Rampardos no longer hits the weakness is because IT DOESN'T EXIST. It's body ignores all effects that effect the damage done, but it it can't prevent something that is already there. You can't account for weakness because there isn't one, thanks to that stadium. Just remember that stadiums mentally change the stats/effects on cards, which is something that Rampardos CANNOT ignore.

That's kind of what I was asking two posts ago, when I said it affects weakness which affects damage, so rampardos can't ignore it. Thanks for explaining it like that though, I feel like I understand it a lot more now.

For the first question:
Example Gardevoir PL. If you Power Spray Psychic Connection, she can still use it because it uses the Power as many times as she wants.
When they cannot repeat is when you cancel a "Once during your turn..." Power.
Also, the text saying it counts as being used is for 1 turn limited power such as Telepass.
You can't Spray Gengar and Dusknoir Lv.X since their effects resolve during your turn.

For the second one:
Yes, you can. Since all Trainer/Supporters/stadiums cards you have is that card, so all (that one) cards have the same name, so you just put it in your hand.
