In my Contry you have 2 types of pre-release's but wich should i do?
The one with n Random SV Themedeck and 3 Boosters or the one with 6 boosters?
 
Six boosters give more variety, but if you're new at the TCG, you might want to try the Themedeck one.
 
It all depends on how experienced of a player you are. If you are experienced, and already have a strong deck, go to the 6 booster pack one. You have a good chance of getting some cards that can contribute toward your deck, or be traded for something you need.

If you are newer to the game, I suggest doing the theme-deck pre-release. It will give you a full, modified-legal deck, as well as other cards to add to it. You can enter the deck you get in tournaments, and all POP events. You will recieve staple trainers, and the energy you need, as well as other cards that support the strategy of your deck.

If you go to an event and pay for the packs, can you get the cards and the Milotic but not actually... play? I don't know how, nor do I know how to build a deck. >.>
 
You could always ask for help on it. Keep in mind that if you're done with the tournament, you get 2 additional packs, and you dont play to win anyway.

Yeah you can, but you only get your 7th and 8th packs for sticking with it the whole time.
 
There will always be experienced players around, you can ask them for some help. But dont fret about it - prerelease decks are simple to build. Just look which lines you got evos of, mash 'em into your deck and you're good to go.
