Ruling Pressure

I was playing a game online and I had Lugia in the active and my opponent used Swoop Across. I was expecting Pressure to negate damage done to Lugia, but I wasn't expecting it to stop damage being done to my other Pokemon.

Is this a bug? I don't think it is but I'm not really sure about that.

Not a bug. Pressure reduces damage done by Golbat by 20 and Swoop Across only does 10. The reduction effect is on Golbat, not Lugia.
