Price of decks

Luxchomp: $200-$300
Jumpluff: $200
Gyarados: $200
Sabelock: $80
These are what I think are the tier one decks at the moment. All prices are pre-rotation.
Prices may vary since I live in the UK, it may be less or more for you but it is a rough guide.

Sablock is actually alot more than 80$.
Post Rotation:
Promocroak: 25~30$
Uxie X: 25$
Sableye: 3~5$ each
Garchomp C X: 5~10$ each
Crobat G: 3~5# each
Uxie: 3~8$ each
Giratina: 3~5$
Pokemon lineup alone is more than 80$.
Now lets look at the trainers:
Cyrus's Conspiracy: 3~5$ each
Poke Turn: 3~5$ each
Energy Gain: 3~5$ each
Power Spray: 2~4$ each
SP Radar: 1~3$ each
Collector: 1~3$ each
Judge: 1~3$
Expert Belt: 2~5$ each
Trainers are around 50$. Decks already above 130$.
Energy:
DCE: 3~8$ each.
Looking at just under 150$ for the entire deck if you get each card at its lowest commonly asked price. The deck almost triples in value if you're looking to foil the deck out, and get SV Garchomp X instead of the Tin.
The deck doubles in value if you're unable to get cards at thier lowest asking price. Remember that sableyes, uxies, and the SP engine are deceptively expensive since you're buying 4x of most of the above.

I'd say Gyarados is worth more than 100. Any good Gyarados deck uses a 1-1 Luxray Lv. X. That's about 65 right there.

Well, 90% of the time, I can manage to get set up on turn one (having 2 mightyena's, Skuntank G, Stadium, and Nidoqueen, and obviously a stadium), and I am usually able to guarantee that I won't get donked if I go first. But I can generally go through about 40% of my deck before I have even attacked. My deck isn't made to be set up over several turns, I just prevent everyone else from setting up. =)
Anyway not to get off topic, but this is an interesting thread. And I'd like to know other decks prices. How much is a flygar?

Any deck for me is pretty easy because I got a Luxray Lv X in my first RR pack. That bumps any deck down by about 50 dollars. I'd say Flygar is about 60-70 bucks mainly because of Flygon and Gengar Lv. X are both in there.
if you look around ebay long enough you'll find cheap price for the cards you need and you can always make offers with the sellers.
If your just going to spend the price people set and not bother to look for cheap price. then yes that deck going to expensive.
