Primal Kyogre EX or M Gardevoir EX?

So, is Primal Kyogre a good deck? Is it better than Mega Gardevoir EX? Those are the two decks that interest me right now, and with a pretty small budget of $150, at least small in pokemon tcg. So who has a better time in the meta? Thanks.

I've had better luck with Gardevoir as well. Kyogre can be a pain to set up.

They both have some good things going for them but M Gardevoir EX is easier to set up and can hit bigger numbers.

What about mega manectric/kyurem/seismitoad/mewto? i have a deck list on both gardevoir and manectric. Could you guys check out my gardevoir one, feed back would be great
