Prime + Legend Ratios in UL

Nearly everybody at my prerelease, in their initial 6 packs alone, got at least 1 prime or legend. I got a prime in my 1st pack, a legend in my 2nd pack, a 2nd prime later within my initial 6 packs, and a 3rd prime in my extra 2 packs. So in 8, I got 3 prime, 1 legend...also got a holo Politoed, RH Jirachi, 3 RH trainers including Rare Candy and over a dozen non foil trainers.

So...I'm assuming it will be, roughly, 1 of each prime per box and 3 legend per box on average (maybe 2 in some and 4 in some). Since there is no secret rares and such (like Gyarados and Lithograph last set) but 2 extra legend halves, I assume they will basically take the place of Gyarados/Lithograph and net you 3-4 legends in most boxes.

There's an Alph Lithograph in this set...

My friend went to a Prerelease today, and 1 Alph from 10 boxes. It looks like it'll be every 1 in 3 or so again.
 
I pulled a lot of nothing in my packs. Most people pulled a prime in their first 6 packs, and about every other person pulled a legend half. So with that I estimate 5-6 primes per box, 3-4 legend halves per box. Which is about the same ratio as HGSS
 
I was hoping it'd be 1 of each prime per box, but it does seem from what I had seen that the rarity has increased a lil bit. I saw 2 people open sealed boxes by themselves and only pull 6 primes and 3 legend pieces between eachother. So rarity seems a lil increased. Didn't see many Crobat Primes, same for Kingdra Prime, may be this set's equivalent to Donphan Prime, some how almost impossible to pull
 
Donphan Primes impossible to pull? I've opened 3 in about 100 packs of HGSS. That means that in under 3 boxes I got a Donphan Prime each time.
 
I don't think the ratio would change too much like in the HGSS set. I mean, more Legends will make it more difficult to get 'em all, but nonetheless, I don't know why PUSA would change the ratio.
