I just realized, there's no Blissey ex in the set, since Raging Bolt ex is directly before the Eevees, whereas if Chansey/Blissey were in they would've been between Raging Bolt and Eevee, so naturally no Blissey ex SIR either. I think Slaking ex would be the only possible candidate, but since it was just released I think it might still be too fresh to be featured.

So I think the spot between Eevee and Ursaluna could be a new ex card, because I can't really see any other possible options

Slaking being from Super Charged Breaker makes it a definitely no. If it was at least in Paradise Dragona it could be a maybe.

Quite true but I also wondered we could still get SIRs from pokemon not in the regular set no? Im not sure its a hard rule that to get a SR they need to be in the regular set

Usually they only work with the cards that are in the set (but it's not a hard rule, like Mew VMAX got a UR even though it was not reprinted in VMAX Climax). But it could also be a new ex (like how Tsareena V/VMAX, Simisear V/VSTAR got SIRs in VSTAR Universe).

Unfortunately not, since both Maushold and Bombirdier are after Ursaluna but before Terapagos in the dex order, and since Terapagos is directly after Ursaluna, there's no room.

Also, now confirmed that Garchomp ex is getting no SIR card either, since Vaporeon is directly before Glaceon. So it would appear that we're getting a Fire-type SIR, of which candidates are: Armarouge (PAR), Incineroar (TEF), Magcargo (TWM), Hearthflame Mask Ogerpon (TWM), Cinderace (SCR), and Ceruledge (SSP - if Sylveon is in, so could Ceruledge be too). Of course it could also be something new. It could also be a Lapras (SCR) since it fits in before Vaporeon.

Okay these reveals are throwing me for a loop, now with Jolteon ex at 209, it means that either Iron Thorns or Iron Hands isn't getting an SIR. Personally I'm leaning towards Iron Thorns getting one, since Iron Hands already has one

Oh I didn't know it was by Pokedex order, I always thought it was in alphabetical order haha.

Trainers are in alphabetical order, Pokémon are divided by type and then arranged by the dex number of the lowest stage available.

Heat wave arena will have Cynthia's garchomp sar early next year. A SAR garchomp in this set would be silly to do aswell
