Can someone please teach me how to put prizes without looking at them on apprentice????

You can drag cards from the top of your deck to the playing field. If you hold SHIFT while you do this, the cards will be placed on the field, face-down.

How do I do that without knowing what cards they are?

the symbol with the up arrow above your hand is your Library. If you press Shift while dragging, you'll bring a random card to your Play area face down.
