I dropped out because I didn't have the time. Five pieces of art in two weeks is just to time consuming for me. And to be honest, couldn't come up with any good ideas for the challenge. I am not blaming anyone for me dropping out or anything. B-Ray did give us enough time to finish 5 pieces of art, I just didn't have to time.
Anyway....I would like to wish everyone in PC #4 good luck. Hopefully the competition continues to be a success. =]

Well, since INFERNAPE Dropped out (ugh.) we had three collections to judge.
For those of you who dont know, this rounds challenge was to create a collection of 5 Pieces of art with one main theme....peace or war. Pretty fitting for the challenge before the Final Battle, huh?
Anyways, lets now introduce Round 4A's judges.
The Judges for Round 4A were:
So since there was only three collections to judge, this is what I did. I told the judges to pick the best two, in their opinion. The Two Collections with the most votes would make it into the finals....the other, would have one more fight ahead of them.
Without anything further, let me show you all the collections.

Collection #3-Kingdra King
So there they all are.....I have to say, all these collections are great. It was surely a hard decision for the voters.
I'll do these one by one here....
With an unanimous 3/3 Judges vote, Soul Seeker is headed to the Finals! Soul Seeker was also chosen for the Fan Favorite Award! Congrats Soul Seeker!
and the last spot goes to....

I have to say I am really impressed by these collections, Kingdra King, that was a wonderful idea to use those dog tags. Soul Seeker, I absolutely love your entire collection, yet am more impressed with your Arceus Avatar and Banner, they are simply incredible and look wonderful. Everything blends well, I would consider that your best piece of art!

Oh I see, so I'm playing for 3rd place?
Kingdra King: Ok, I will comment on each of the 5 arts you made.
1: Userbars take me 2 min to make. They are good, but just a bit dim and the text font is off.
2: Same as above.
3: Once again, a bit dim and bad quality. The Arceus/Giratina are poorly rendered, you can see the white speckles along the edges. The short Rayquaza in background doesn't make sense, and I see stuff in the border. Borders should not have any images in them, only gradients, plain colors, or Xous' style. The text is awesome. I would add a shadow and take out the light blue behind it. The Lucario is also poorly rendered, and really dark. Brighter colors are good for anything in art, especially for the peace theme. None of your pieces seem to match that theme. The ultra ball is also poorly cut, at the top, and once again a bit dark. Look at BR's banners, they are bright and have great quality. I would also add an overall shadow for the main base of the banner.
4: I think it's really good actually. The Dialga side of the dog tag was a bit choppy looking on the right side, and I see that little Xous mark. The Palkia is sticking out on the shadow part of it, bottom left.
5: I don't want to sound offensive, but absolutely terrible. Only good is the bright colors and text. Both pokemon are poorly cut, and I see that Xous mark again on the Giratina. The background consists of two colors, both of don't seem to match the two pokemon. Okay wait a second here.....nobody should be critiquing other competitors work, especially in that manner; that was not constructive in the least....and I find it funny for you to be pointing out how horrid his is, when he beat you in competition. That really could be considered borderline flaming....I'll give you a warning and ask you kindly not to do that again, but I want you to know that the behavior exhibited in that post will not be tolerated in any of my competitions. You say gg, I'll get you in The Finals, and move on.
