They'll devastate together, but the chances of having both of them is pretty slim.

Think about it, they'd basically be one card with 2 N resistances.

I made it into a common with low hp and 2 5's.
It probably wouldn't last long in battle unless it got lucky, or fought a dark type, but it might be able to lay some good damage before it's dead and gone.
