I was double checking the promo list and thought of a few more modifications/additions.
'Shadowless Pikachu' CD Promo
(in league with the PokeTour and E3 promos) Very hard to tell the difference actually. It is made with different cardstock, and the color looks different when you compare it to one from the booster packs.

You might make a separate list for all the "Coro Coro" Jumbo cards. I have no idea how many there are, I have only seen a few on ebay. I never kept up with Japanese cards.
