Discussion Promo Cards and Play Mat at Regional

Hi fellow trainers,

I have never been to any regional yet, and this is my first year playing Pokemon TCG. I'm wondering that if anyone knows what will be the promo card, as well as the play mat for attending the regional in CA 5/18/19–5/19/19 and WI 5/31/19–6/2/19? I heard that the card will be Cynthia (for both)? what about the play mat?
