Can I rig my PC/PS2 to play on my PC? Because, to be frank, my PC is WAY nicer than my TV >.>

There are no known legal ways to play PS2 games on your PC. We aren't aloud to talk about emulation here, so I'd just google it.

*edit* there are however things that convert those Red yellow and white cables into a format that Monitors can use.

Depends on what inputs your monitor has. The hardest part is getting audio to work, but a trip to Radio Shack with the cables you need in mind will set you straight.
