Yes. It's still an attack, even if it does nothing to the opponent's Pokemon.

Yes. If you fail the confusion check, the attack ends immediately. You don't get to do anything specified in its text.

^No deck uses a main attacker with 50 HP. Still, together with Xatu if you're playing a status deck anywayz, it can be a nice card. So is the Golduck, btw.

^It has 60, and T1Farfetch'd uses a main attacker with 60 HP =). And yeah, Kaga pwns at being right. But it is a pretty bad card XD
