That happens in some of my games too (not all). Basically the game just freezes and doesn't do what I clicked while the clock winds down on my side. Kinda frustrating and I honestly don't know how to fix it.
You can't enter codes on the normal PTCGO page on your web browser (for now) but you can redeem them in the actual program (I just redeemed a whole mess of codes).
