Pokemon:
  • 4 Litleo
  • 3 Pyroar (flash fire)
  • 1 Pyroar (phf)
  • 2 Archeops (dark explorer)
  • 1 Claydol
  • 1 Baltoy (aor)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:
  • 4 N
  • 4 Professor Juniper
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 3 Blacksmith
  • 4 Faded City
  • 3 Battle Compressor
  • 3 Wally
  • 2 Maxie's Hiden Ball Trick
  • 1 Computer Search
  • 3 Sparkling Robe
  • 2 VS Seeker
  • 3 Xerosic
  • 1 Startling Megaphone
Energy:
  • 4 DCE
  • 3 Fire Energy
  • 4 Blend Energy
Strategy:

The idea is to use pyroar and archeops ability to lock basic pokemon, if archeops will not arise soon claydol or faded city (for mega) can help a little bit. Xerosic and stertling are here for garbador and sparkling robe for hypnotoxic.

Any comment?

My first suggestion would be to strongly consider adding Trainers Mail to make getting Archeops out more consistent. Also adding more VS Seeker and a Eggsecute with the propagation ability will help you manipulate your hand to get the turn 1 Archeops.
-1 Blacksmith
-1 Wally
To make room for 2 VS Seeker

-2 pokemon (Claydol & Baltoy)
And substitute pokemon that help you execute getting Archeops out. Shaymin Ex or Unown AOR if you don't have Shaymin EX ROS.
Also eliminating those pokemon allows you to switch the blend energy to basic fire. It will make your Pyroars able to attack more consistently, and make your deck less vulnerable to special energy discarding cards (enhanced hammer, Xerosic, team flare grunt etc).

I think claydol is in case you don't get the turn one archeops or they play something like a hex maniac and shut off your ablity. You can use claydol's I think its first attack is to devolve all your opponents pokemon. I think if this is the case I would even make the claydol line a 2-2 or like you said make it so it is easier to get the turn one. Archeops is not as consistence as blastoise though there are no really competitive decks that plan to get archeops out turn one. Example of this are nightmarch and yveltal decks that it is used for support if you can't get it up turn one o well you tried but in this deck if you can't get it up turn one like you said make the deck more consistent if that is your end goal for turn one. =
