Strategy:

I feel like Pyroar could be a decent deck in todays meta. The goal of this deck is to get the turn 1 item lock by setting up Vileplume hopefully this slows the opponent down enough that they wont be able to evolve anything making pyroar hard to take unless the opponent can stream Hex Maniacs. What do you all think?

Maybe take out the Jolteons which are super expensive and it will be quite hard to set up attackers with two different types of energy. Instead you could add some Charizard-EX from FLF (the one with combustion blast). Also maxing out on revitalizer seems a little irrelevant as Vileplumes hardly ever get knocked out. One would be good or maybe even none. Additionally, the Vs Seekers are pointless as, don't forget, you will be Item locked too with Vileplume. Overall this deck is a very creative idea that definitely has potential but you don't want to include irrelevant cards. Hope this helps

I wouldn't worry too much about your opponent streaming Hex. Unless they have amazing draw support, I feel it's a waste to stream Hex every turn to be able to use items.
