Quake 3 Grappling Hook

I doubt anyone here plays Quake 3, but if you do then can you please help. I've been playing multiplayer, and I've seen a lot of players have grappling hooks and act like spider-man and swing and get everyone. I really want the grappling hook, is there a special code you have to type in to unlock it?

I did that a lot of times. I'm trying to look for a certain code like this: /bind <insert key> + button5. I don't know how to work with this code.

By the way, whenever I type in this /give grappling hook all it says is cheats aren't enabled on this server. I need a /bind code.
